Earlier I decided to log in again and saw that it'd been almost 95 weeks since the last time I was here. Wow! One of the major reasons I didn't update this account was that the upload process was so damn tedious. It's good to see that DA has streamlined it a lot more, so now you can see a boatload of new stuff.

I decided to split my gallery into folders by year. Should be easier to browse that way and you'll see how my style's evolving over time.

Of course, I did a lot more than what's in the gallery now, but I don't feel like adding more stuff right now. Probably gonna do that pretty soon, though I will keep putting up only one sample page of each project to keep things down to something manageable.

Right now I have to wait on some artwork before I can finish the design of the "Minions of Ka" graphic novel. The book will premiere at DragonCon. We're way ahead of schedule which is nice. Lettering is finshed, it's just a little design and then pre-press. Arcana will distribute the OGN initially, so keep your eyes out for that. Lettering this book was one of the most rewarding (reading) experiences I've had in a while. Great writing by first-time writers, great art by Chris Moreno who never disappoints but really brings the goods here, great colors by Veronica Gandini when she joined the team to help Chris speed up art production, and hopefully the lettering ain't shabby, either. Christian Beranek managed the production of this book and rocked it as usual.

Anyway, I'll try to stop by DA more often again and would love to talk to some of you guys that I got out of touch with.
